You were good 2014!

I’ve seen the end of year highlights blog post from many friends and various blogs I follow over the past several years, but I’ve never done one myself. This year feels different. I was actually inspired to do one because this past year of my life has been monumental in so many ways. 2014 was one of the best years of my life! I’ve met so many awesome couples and had the opportunity to spend time with them on one of the most incredible days of their lives. Each one of them unique and unforgettable. I’ve met even more amazing people I’m proud to call my friends and family. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve worked hard, traveled the world, experienced loss, realized I’m stronger than I think sometimes, witnessed miracles, and tried my hardest to make the lives of those around me just a little brighter in even the smallest way. I turned 30. Actually attended a few weddings as a guest. Played Pooh sticks in the woods. Fed a hippo. Tried new food. Snatched a few babies haha. Challenged myself in work and life. Took my health more serious. Reconnected with myself. Took some more time to slow down, as hard as it is. Realized even more how precious the time I have is. I even got engaged and have created a home with a man that makes my heart and soul swell with so much love I could explode! He is a very big reason why this entire year has changed my life in so many ways and I will forever be grateful he came into my life at just the right time. I can’t wait to see where 2015 takes us as we plan our own wedding and our lives together. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this past year, Happy New Year!
